TBR and Beyond

Hey everyone, I wanted to give y’all an idea of what is on my to be read list to give you an idea of what types of books and authors I’m looking forward to reading. I’ll keep this post updated and post some book reviews as I get through the list.

  • Mistborn – Brandon Sanderson
    • I’ve heard so many great things about this book from Eden and Jenn and the cashier at Barnes and Noble. I’m really excited for this one, even though most high fantasies still make me pretty hesitant.

  • Shadow and Bone – Leigh Bardugo
    • I’m loving Six of Crows and can’t wait to read more from Leigh Bardugo.

  • Illuminae – Amie Kaufman
    • So much hype. I can’t wait to start this book.

  • Red Queen – Victoria Aveyard
    • I’ve seen this book on almost every bookshelf, so I’m intrigued to see what this book has to offer.

  • Passenger – Alexandra Bracken
    • Another Bracken novel to start, it almost seems never-ending, but I truly love her work. I just hate starting books in series that don’t have more than one book published…

  • An Ember in the Ashes – Sabaa Tahir
    • Ancient Rome is just so fascinating and Sabaa Tahir has such a great reputation already that I’m thrilled to get down to this book!

  • Winter – Marissa Meyer
    • I love the Lunar Chronicles and can’t wait to read Winter, but it’s been so long since I read Cress that I need to reread it before I delve into Winter.

  • Library of Souls – Ransom Riggs
    • Ransom Riggs is a genius, and I adore the Peculiar Children series can’t wait to wrap it up and see the movie!

  • The Poison Study – Maria Snyder
    • This book is a little different than what I usually read, but it seemed to have a bit of Throne of Glass vibe to it, so it intrigued me. It had pretty good ratings on Goodreads, so I figured I would give it a shot.

  • Clockwork Angel – Cassandra Clare
    • I recently read Lady Midnight and want to read some of Clare’s other books, Eden and Jenn both recommended that I read The Infernal Devices first, so here it is.

I’m going to try to keep my TBR list at 10 books at a time, but please comment and let me know if there is a book that you highly recommend for me to add to my TBR list!

    1. Aww, thanks so much! There are so many great books out there right now that I just can’t find the time to reread each of the series! I might just bite the bullet and read a synopsis of each of the books to catch back up! Haha, oh well! Thanks again for checking out my TBR!!!
