Days of the Week Tag

It’s a really late post today and we’re really sorry about that! But alas, here it is. We thought we would do a combined tag since it was so late. Enjoy and leave us comments!

Murder Monday: Favorite murder/crime book:

Eden: A Study in Charlotte. Ok, I know this book isn’t highly rated by people but I legit loved this book. Plus I’m not really into true crime soooo.

Caitlynn: Helter Skelter for me. It’s about the Manson Murders, what more can I say?

Jenn: It would either be Gone Girl or The Hound of the Baskervilles. Gone Girl because it was crazy and The Hound of the Baskervilles because it gave so much insight into who Sherlock was.

Tickle Tuesday: A book that made you laugh out loud:

Eden: The Selection. That book was so ridiculous. I couldn’t stop laughing at the absurdity of the main characters name being America Singer and, get this, she’s a singer.

Caitlynn: A Court of Mist and Fury. Rhys is hilarious.

Jenn: Six of Crows because Kaz and Jesper’s conversations were hilarious.

Weepy Wednesday: A book that made you weepy/cry:

Eden: The Fault In Our Stars because, well, you all know why.

Caitlynn: Me Before You.

Jenn: The Book Thief.

Thinking Thursday: A book that made you really think/reevaluate the world/your life:

Eden: When We Collided. It was a really powerful book about mental illness.

Caitlynn: If I Stay.

Jenn: Vicious because of the whole struggle between what’s good and what’s bad.

Fantasy Friday: Favorite fantasy book/series:

Eden: Yo, you know I’m going to say A Court of Thorns and Roses and The Throne of Glass series.

Caitlynn: Throne of Glass.

Jenn: That’s a hard one. I’d have to say Mistborn.

Sigh Saturday: A book you just could not get into or finish:

Eden: The Marked Girl. Good plot, poorly executed.

Caitlynn: Flamecaster but not because I can’t finish it but because I wasn’t expecting such a long book.

Jenn: Nevernight because I just didn’t like the writing style.

Summer Sunday: A book you love to read in the summer or makes you think of summer:

Eden: Since You’ve Been Gone. That book is the epitome of summer reading.

Caitlynn: I don’t know. I’m not a seasonal reader.

Jenn: Any contemporary book.
