Top 5 Wednesday – Authors I Want to Read More From

I have five weeks left of school until I hit summer and wow can it not come soon enough.

I’m doing another Top 5 Wednesday because, as always, I’m tired and haven’t finished the books that I’m currently reading.

However, I will be bringing in some reviews over the next week so stayed tuned.

Now, my top five authors that I want to read more of.

5. Roshani Chokshi

I fell in love with my Chokshi’s writing style when I read A Star Touched Queen. I have yet to dive A Crown of Wishes simply because I haven’t had time, but you can be sure that there will be a review of it up soon.

4. Ryan Graudin

I’ve only read Graudin’s Blood for Blood duology and it killed me in about a dozen different ways. Jenn read The Walled City and loved it, which immediately moved it up on my TBR. This is another book that I will be reading in the near future.

3. Stephanie Garber

Garber has only written one book. One book. The fact that she could pull me in with her debut novel can only mean good things for the books to come after. At this point, I don’t know if the sequel to Caraval can come out soon enough.

2. Renee Ahdieh

I still have moments where I stop what I’m doing and think about how much I love Ahdieh and The Wrath and the Dawn. Ahdieh’s next book, The Flame in the Mist is one definitely one of those books that I preordered months ago and basically have a calendar count down going.

1. Mindy McGinnis

I have raved about how much I love McGinnis for months now. I’ve read A Madness So Discreet and The Female of the Species and both novels were amazing. Fun fact: I’ve actually gotten on Twitter and begged McGinnis for a sequel to A Madness so Discreet because THAT BOOK NEEDS A SEQUEL.
