April Wrap-Up & May TBR

April was kind of a crap-shoot month for me. A lot of things were going on that didn’t allow for a whole lot of reading time. On the bright side, all the time I spent studying for my test allowed me to pass it the first time! So I am now, officially, on my way to becoming a teacher! Yay, me! Now onto the wrap-up and TBR.

April Wrap-Up

The School of Good and Evil by Somai Chainani – 5 stars (Discussion)

The Forgetting by Sharon Cameron – 4 stars (Discussion)

The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas – 5 stars (Discussion to come)

May TBR

So with the flop of only reading 3 books in the month of April, I’m hoping to pick back up in May. Here are 6 books that I’m hoping to get through in May!

Salt to the Sea by Ruta Sepetys

A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J. Maas

The Bronze Horseman by Paullina Simons

Strange the Dreamer by Laini Taylor

Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare

American Girls by Alison Umminger

I’m really excited for May and can’t wait to see every one else’s wrap-ups! Hopefully next month will go better than this month and I can get caught up. Are there any books that you would like to see me review? Let me know.

  1. I keep forgetting that Maas’ new book comes out in May! I can’t wait to see what you think about The Bronze Horseman and Strange the Dreamer, I’ve heard so much about both of them (bad and good).

Which one are you hoping to get to first?

    1. Well, I just finished The Bronze Horseman and I’ll be doing a review on it today!!! I’m currently working on Everyday and then I’ll move on to ACOTAR, ACOMAF and then ACOWAR because I can’t wait to read ACOWAR. Haha, Strange the Dreamer will be a little later in the month. 🙂

  2. I read Salt to the Sea and it was great! Strange the Dreamer was really good too but I found it hard to get into. I’ll be interested in what you think! Can’t wait for the last Court book. Love that series!
