June Wrap-Up & July TBR

June has came and went unnecessarily quickly, rude. I can’t believe we are officially in July and I’m already 2 books behind my Goodreads challenge. June definitely didn’t help the case since I only got 4 books read this month…

Oh well, I’m hoping to catch back up soon but I don’t foresee July being the month to do so. Mainly cause, your girl got a new job, so there’s going to be lots of preparations and I’m trying so hard to fit reading time in there, too.

I decided I’m not even going to put an extra book in this months TBR. I’m going with our book club discussion books and that’s it!

By Your Side by Kasie West

How did June go for you? What are you most excited to read in July?

  1. June was a good reading month. No 5-stars, but a bunch of 4.5. Your TBR for July is awesome! I want to read LoS. I am on the library waitlist, which I will probably be on for 4-6 months, but I have lots of other books to read. I loved D&R and By Your Side was super cute, as we expect from West. I hope you enjoy them all.

  2. I just finished reading The Handmaid’s Tale and have a TBR out the wazoo, but I’m excited to start tackling it! When Dimple Met Rishi looks amazing and all the reviews I’ve read/watched have been so strongly advocating for this book. Hopefully I’ll get my hands on it in July 🙂 can’t wait to read your review!

  3. I finally got caught up on my Book Reviews! I’m deep into “The Lost Symbol” by Dan Brown – My goal is to have that finished by the end of this week! I just got two new American Girl BeForever Mysteries in the mail – Yay for Amazon Prime. And then, one of my friends, Mike, just co-authored a book about NASA Langley’s centennial celebration and all the history around it (Just released on Amazon and Barnes and Noble – titled “The Unknown and Impossible – How a research facility in Virginia mastered the air and conquered space”). I’m very excited to read that one! The three authors are employees of The Daily Press newspaper.
