Good morning guys!
I know, I know, it’s the first time in a while that we’ve posted on a Saturday. We’re working on bringing back our Saturday discussions, but for now we thought it would be cool to do a tag from all three of us.
Keep an eye out next Saturday because we’re going to be updating our discussion books and get some important information up for everyone!
This tag was created by Bionic Book Worm who has been doing some cool stuff on her blog. She does everything on her blog from book reviews to hauls. Definitely check her out!
- Please link back to me, Bionic Book Worm, as the creator of this tag!! I want to see your answers!!
- Use the graphics – if you want 🙂
- Have fun!
Caitlynn: Strange the Dreamer just felt like a breath of fresh air. There’s nothing else quite like it that we’ve read recently.
Eden: Eliza and Her Monsters. It’s the first book I’ve read that portrayed mental illness in a way I could actually relate to and I really appreciate that.
Jenn: Milk and Honey because it was nice to read a narrative told through poetry.
Caitlynn: The Female of the Species that ending was just absolutely insane.
Eden: Blood for Blood, I don’t know if I’ve ever had an ending that effected me so much.
Jenn: The Iron Trail for me.
Caitlynn: P.S. I Like You because it feels like home. The family in it felt like my own family.
Eden: To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before. I’m mostly choosing this because Caitlynn and Jenn said A Madness So Discreet is not ACTUALLY a warm and fuzzy book.
Jenn: Words in Deep Blue because it was a contemporary that had a lot more depth to the characters than what you typically see in that genre.
Caitlynn: The Wrath and the Dawn.
Caitlynn: Now I Rise because it’s about Vlad the Impaler, I’m not sure how you can’t not have action.
Eden: Windwitch because it was just always going. Also because I love Dennard.
Jenn: Red Rising because from the first page there’s madness.
Caitlynn: Iron Gold because I’m so ready for more Pierce Brown in my life. It’s been far to long since Morning Star.
Eden: Warcross because it’s Marie Lu and god damn I love her.
Jenn: Our Dark Duet because I feel like I haven’t gotten enough of that world yet and I’d like to see where she takes it.
