So The Book Loving Pharmacist created this Time Bubble Book Tag (check out the original post here) where the idea is you are able to go off into a bubble where time stands still so you can finish all the books that your heart desires! I love this idea and would love for it to be a reality. So let’s imagine…
What book (or audiobook) have you been meaning to read for a long time but haven’t gotten around to reading:
The Unwind series by Neal Shusterman. It’s been on my TBR for a long time and my love for his other series Scythe has only amplified that want to read his other series.
A book you’ve been meaning to reread but haven’t:
The Wrath and the Dawn by Renee Ahdieh. I feel like I would fall in love with it all over again if I reread it.
A book from a genre you don’t normally read but have been meaning to try and give it a chance:
A Gentleman in Moscow by Amor Towles. It’s right there in that historical fiction genre that I don’t usually pick up (even though I’m really getting into it now)…
A series you’ve been wanting to read but haven’t because of how long it is:
The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss. So… I haven’t gotten into this series for two reasons. 1. It’s huge. 2. He hasn’t written the third book yet and it’s been SIX YEARS. I recommended this series to my father without realizing it wasn’t finished and he was about to disown my ass for this! Which I mean is a good sign… He really enjoyed the first two books.
A book you wish you could go back in time and read for the first time:
Definitely Harry Potter. I feel like it would be beautiful to read that series with fresh eyes and to see the magic unfold all over again.
Book recommendation you’ve been putting off:
Jenn recommended The Book Thief (and raves about that book every chance she gets) for forever now. I’ve put it off because it’s such a huge book. I know I need to read it soon, I just need time!
This was an awesome book tag, so feel free to do it if you want! 😊
