Ok, so I didn’t go up as much as I expected to! Only up two books, which I was expecting to be way more. My next update will be post-Christmas, so expect a big change on the next list! I also have winter break from school there as well, so I’m planning on getting some major reading done then.

How is your TBR of shame doing so far this year?

  1. I love this list! It makes me want to add so many books to mine! (Definitely bookmarking this page to return to!)

Teaching and reading (especially your first year) is so hard to manage! I think in my first two years teaching I only read about 100 books (which is still a lot, but most of them were over breaks or on snow days or me avoiding work and trying to relieve stress), this year I’m teaching in a different setting and have read over 100 already! I’m excited to see how your list changes over winter break!

You’ve inspired me to make a list of my current bookshelf and try and get through some of those before hitting up the library and my kindle for more! Thank you!

  2. I’m not sure if this is something that you all came up with on Thrice Read or if this is a larger tag or anything of that nature, but if I linked back to Thrice Read, could I steal this idea? Because I sort of love it and I think it might help me actually get some books crossed *off* of my To-Read list instead of just adding more on (hopefully)…
