Halloween Book Tag

It’s only a few days until Halloween and I’m very excited! With that said I found this super cute tag at AEB Book Reviews.

Carving pumpkins: What book would you carve up and light on fire?

Labyrinth Lost but only because it just wasn’t for me. I can appreciate the story, I just don’t think it was well written.

Trick or treat: What character is a treat, what character is a trick?

Treat: Lazlo Strange from Strange The Dreamer.

Trick: the Goblin King from Winter Song.

Candy corn: What book is always sweet?

To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before. I could read that book over and over again and never get bored.

Ghosts: What character would you love to visit you as a ghost?

Luka because he’s sweet and misunderstood and devastating.

Dressing up in costume: What character would you want to be for a day?

I’d love to be Scarlet or Tella from Caravel during a Caraval game. It’d be so cool to experience the world and have the opportunity to compete in a magical competition.

Favorite scary must-read for Halloween

The Silence Of The Lambs will always be my answer for this. I absolutely love this novel.

If you could find anything, from any book, in your trick or treat stash, what would you hope to find?

The Deathly Hallows because then I could be the most powerful person in the world.

In what fictional world would you like to go trick or treating?

Furthermore because I can imagine that they would have amazing candy.

What book villain would you not like to meet alone in a dark alley on Halloween?

Ok, I can’t remember his name but he’s Cardan’s brother from The Cruel Prince. Considering he’s willing to slaughter families over nothing, I’d be terrified of him.

Would you rather dress up as a vampire, zombie, werewolf, or a Shadowhunter?

Shadowhunter because I’m literally dressing up as a half angel to kill demons.

What is your favorite Halloween candy?

Literally all candy.
